Infrared Training

Although all FLIR cameras are designed for easy iuse and operation, there is a lot more to thermal imaging than just knowing how to handle the camera. We believe that every camera owner should invest in the appropriate level of training to help them get the best from their new camera and to help them understand the science behind Infrared Thermography. 

Thermal Cameras UK will always offer basic introduction to Infrared as well as a camera and software familiarisation with every high-end camera sold. You may want to extend this introduction to an ‘application specific course’, i.e. Building Thermography or Electrical Thermography. These courses will be tailored to your own application and your specific FLIR Camera. Courses can be held at our training suite in Baldock, Hertfordshire although we are more that happy to carry out courses at customers locations in the UK.

Our Sales Manager Allister Pirrie recently flew out to Ghana to carry out some FLIR thermal imaging training at a clients site.

We are official ITC training partners and provide ITC Level 1 & Level 2 Courses

The ITC Courses offer certification training to recognised standards and are an accredited Authorised Training Organisation (ATO) for the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) as per the requirements of ISO 18436. BINDT is an accredited certification body offering certification against criteria set out in International and European standards.

ITC Cat 1 Certification Course (1 Student) 4 Days. Face to Face.

The Level 1 infrared training course is geared to the new infrared camera user and focuses on IR's benefits for a variety of applications, including condition monitoring/predictive maintenance.

ITC Cat 1 Online Certification Training. (4 days – 1 Student)

Cost: £1,540.00 + Vat

ITC Level 2 Thermography Training
The Level 2 infrared thermography training course is designed for the practising Level I thermographer who seeks more advanced infrared training. Level 2 focuses on strengthening and improving your predictive maintenance thermography expertise with more in-depth concepts and intensive labs.

Cost: £1,980.00 + Vat
